Vantage Toyota Preston were fantastic because they were open honest and worked with us best they could to find a deal that helped both sides, Alex was phenomenal really friendly and helpful and helped to create a calm relaxed atmosphere all the way through even when my card wasn’t playing ball at the end he went above and beyond to make sure we could walk away with our truck. I had a great experience at Vantage Toyota Preston because the Sales Executive, Olivia, took plenty of time with my sale. She filmed a video of my chosen car before I arrived for my test drive, took me on a test drive, showed me the controls and explained the ownership history. She was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, even when test driving my car (to be part-exchanged). She didn't try to push for a sale or finance but did show me and go through all the optional extras available, e.g. insurance policies, service plans and paint protection. This was one of the considerations which made me to decide to buy from Vantage Preston
I was made to feel very welcome at the dealership and was even introduced to the manager when I collected my car. A nice touch too with a congratulations certificate and a little Toyota gift when I collected my car. She also helped me with the set up of the MyToyota app and pairing of the car with my phone.
Overall it was a very pleasant and enjoyable buying experience. I would go back to this dealership for servicing, only it's a bit too far for me to drive to from where I live in Liverpool. I have considered purchasing the dashcam installation too as they offered a good price too.
